Calf Muscle Pain

Pain of the calf muscle is not a common term to regular person. Unlike other muscle pains and aches, this one may not be easily noticed. Usually, the pain is felt when there is pain and tightness in the calf. Women who liked wearing heels usually suffers this. It is extremely painful and mostly happens in times of rest.

The Torn Calf Muscle can be related to some muscle problems. It may stem from the spinal nerve root. You may feel cramps though you don’t complain for back ache. The pain of Torn Calf Muscle may also be due to the unusual physical activity or if you are wearing unsuitable footwear. The pain may be different from person to person. Before resorting to calf muscle pain relief, you need to determine which muscles are involved.  There are three calf muscles all of which are inserted to the heel bone through the cord of the heel.  Yoga is also also good for relieving Calf muscle pain.
