If you are living in tropical countries and places with hot climate and you experience problem with your air conditioner, then you know how difficult it is to survive in hot summer days and to sleep peacefully at night.  You may have the option to buy a new air conditioning system but the problem is the huge price a new one might cost you.  So before deciding to replace your old air conditioner, try to resolve the issue with simple maintenance which may not cost you that much.  Sometimes the problem is depending on the brand and there is also something the owner can do to identify what kind of repair your air conditioner need before it require a repair service.

If your air conditioner is running but is not cooling, then it can be an air filter problem and not the air conditioner itself.  The dust that the air filter removes from the air circulating eventually can cause clogging.  If clogging is indeed the problem of your airconditioner, then you may really need to change it or to ask an HVAC repairman to replace your air filter with their HVAC Supply.  They will be able to resolve the problem in no time.
