The Basic Principles of Trading Mutual Funds
The Share Market India situation is one that needs special consideration. Usually, a stock is a compilation of a readily available liquid assets that could be traded when the business needs it like for an emergency so that they can overcome some financial crisis or financial demands. Stocks are only sold out in form of shares. The price of the share shows how capable the company is of trading and the available stocks they hold. A share therefor allows one to hold some percentage of stakes in a company. The number of active shares that one person possess determines his capacity to decide in the matters of the company.
Mutual Funds trading is done in the same way like Stock Trading. Just like stocks, mutual funds can now be traded on stock market. The National Stock Exchange or NSE recently launched a new mutual funds trading system. It is also known as Mutual Fund Service System or MFSS and was launched on the 30th of November, last year. BSE Star MF, introduced on December 4, was also another system of trading in mutual funds that is introduced by the Bombay Stock Exchange. These new platforms was launched with the initiatives of the investor who are increasing their retail participation.
